Pumpkin Cream Pie

Ingredients 2 cups cold milk 1 cup pumpkin puree 1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed

2 (3.5 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice 1 (9 inch) baked pie crust

Directions Gather all ingredients.

In a deep bowl with a thin bottom, combine cold milk, pumpkin puree, whipped topping, pudding mix, and pumpkin pie spice. Use an electric mixer set to the lowest speed and beat until thoroughly combined, about one minute.  

Fill pie crust that has been baked. For about three hours, cover and chill until set.  

If desired, top with crumbled pecans and whipped topping before serving.
