Strawberry Spinach Slim Down Smoothie

Ingredients: – 1 cup fresh spinach leave – 1/2 cup sliced strawberrie – 1/2 banana, frozen

– 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt – 1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice) – 1 tablespoon chia seed – 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

Place the fresh spinach leaves, sliced strawberries, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, chia seeds, and honey or maple syrup (if using) in a blender. 

Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy, adding ice cubes if desired for a colder consistency. 

Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or maple syrup. 

Pour the Strawberry Spinach Slim Down Smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
